Well respected SHOPPER MARKETING AGENCY are looking for an experienced SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER. It is a great position, to fit into a team under an Account Director, to work on a BEER brand and SOFT DRINKS account, and some smaller brands, which gives great breadth across blue chip and smaller ownable clients.
It is all ‘shopper’ focused, it needs a good strong thinker to work with the senior team at kick off of projects and shopper strategy, and someone who can confidently lead on finance and forecasting and large projects, managing a team rolling these out with the creative department, suppliers and leading handling of the key client contacts.
As Senior Account Manager you have confidence in presenting / leading ideas and working to sell the agency in to. Ideally you should have a proven track record in managing/developing one or more person(s), and show skills in spinning plates and fluid ways of working.
The chosen Senior Account Manager should show a strong understanding of the industry and a genuine interest in what is going on day to day. The agency are looking for someone who can identify opportunities with existing or new clients, and have the skills to make these opportunities into reality, bringing new ideas to the table and working closely with the senior team to deliver something above and beyond for clients.
And of course you should have the basics correct too – showing strength in running accounts including forecasting, billing, team and creative management, internally and with clients.
