Two ACCOUNT MANAGER roles working at EXPERIENTIAL agencies based in North and South London.  One ACCOUNT MANAGER role is perm and the other to cover maternity leave for up to a year.

The ideal Account Managers come with at least 3-4 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years (ideally more) working on experiential/events. The perfect candidate would ideally have gained their experience at a London experiential agency and with experience of working in a small business.

You will work on fantastic experiential campaigns for blue chip brands and a whole range of experiential activities from large festival activations to shopping centre sampling campaigns, guerrilla marketing and global activity too.  The whole live spectrum really!

As Account Manager you must be able to multi task and help out with all elements of an experiential campaign from initial idea creation to budget creation, managing production, presenting creds, evaluating activity and contact with core staff members during live activity and be prepared to do site visits and be available to oversee live work.

The agencies are looking for Account Managers who are personable and would fit in well to the business.  It’s a great opportunity to have the autonomy to manage projects from start to finish (with input and help from MD and others when required).

For the maternity Account Manager role you will be required to work on the staffing as well as the experiential side of the business so it might sometimes mean that you will be required to recruit, book and train staff and manage them whilst they are out on the road on campaigns. You will also be required to oversee staff bookers in the office and ensure they are briefed and recruiting and booking staff.

It goes without say that as Account Manager you need to be good at talking to clients and at client service.   Attention to detail is a must and you need to be able to juggle lots of projects and have excellent financial acumen.
