Well respected SHOPPER MARKETING AGENCY are looking for a superstar ACCOUNT DIRECTOR to head up one of the flagship accounts in the agency. This is a great role, on a fun brand, working with the client’s Global Marketing team. As Account Director you will report into a Group Account Director and work closely with the ATL agency, so a really integrated, cross agency account.
The Account Director role focuses on the full shopper journey including toolkits, POS design, digital touchpoints, experiential, consulting on retail best practice and merchandising instore. This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody with great shopper knowledge who wants to grow and develop their career.
You will be managing the clients and projects effectively and efficiently through regular and pro-active contact. You will be building strong and effective relationships with the clients in order to facilitate a good understanding of the clients and their needs.
The chosen Account Director will have the following experience:
- Shopper, FMCG and Promotional Marketing experience
- Recent experience working in cross-agency teams, ideally on global accounts
- A hands on, team player – able to roll up their sleeves
- Recent experience managing at least one direct line report
- Confident working with Senior Clients and cross-agency partners
- Strong financial acumen leading finance and forecasts
